Project HEALINGS has created a series of COVID-19 Public-Service Announcement (PSA) Videos to display the importance of the COVID-19 vaccine and commenting on vaccination hesitancy among communities. They are available in the following languages: Indonesian, Hmong, Swahili, Somali, Cambodian, Spanish, Hindi, Cantonese, English, Thai, and Mandarin.

This video, “Children Keep Our Community Strong,” features an immigrant mother who explains why she chose to vaccinate her children against COVID-19. The video is available in multiple languages, including French, Arabic, Ukrainian, Spanish, and others.

Vaccine equity is important not just for the current pandemic, but also as a practice of reforming our healthcare system moving forward to better serve those who have been medically disenfranchised throughout history.
